What if I have problems connecting to an Android device when running Windows 7?

- If GetConfig is started as non-Admin
- Java and AndroidMgr.exe could run in background as non-admin even if getConfig is restarted as Admin
- Run getConfig as Administrator
- If you have problems
- AndroidMgr.exe
- If not running, manually start
- "C:\Program Files\TestQuest\Connectivity\Android\AndroidMgr.exe"
- Try starting GetConfig as Administrator
- If you have problems
- Stop processes in Task Manager
- If you have problems
- Run getConfig as Administrator
- If this doesn't work
- Send Agent Logger Logs
- 1. Open "C:\Program Files\TestQuest CountDown\DeviceAccess\Android\AgentLogger.exe" on your system before running GetConfig.
- 2. Set the logger level to 4.
- 3. Try to recreate the issue.
- 4. Copy the data from the Agent Logger window.
- 5. Paste this data into an email.
- 6. Email TQSUPPORT@BSQUARE.COM with the data you copied from this Agent Logger window.
- 7. This should give us better logs if you have an error connecting to the device.
