Perform the following on the computer with the (DeviceAccessService) DAS which is the computer with the device connected. This process will reregister the DAS dlls.
- Stop all TestQuestCountDown services.
- GoTo ControlPanel->AdministrativeTools->Services
- ScrollDown list and stop all services starting with TestQuestCountDown.
- In Windows File Explore, GoTo and execute the following file: C:\Program Files\TestQuest CountDown\DeviceAccess\Install.cmd
- Start all TestQuestCountDown services
